Alisat supports eligible individuals through Ohio DODD programs and Ohio Department of Aging PASSPORT services. Services must follow each person’s authorization and care or service plan.

How do I begin a referral?

Call (614) 602-2765 or email [email protected]. We will discuss the requested service, schedule, location, needs, authorization, and next steps.

Does Alisat provide transportation?

Alisat provides authorized HPC Transportation and Non-Medical Transportation. Availability and vehicle requirements are reviewed for each person.

Service availability depends on the requested county, authorized service, schedule, staffing, transportation needs, and start date. Contact us for current availability.

How quickly can services begin?

Timelines vary based on authorization, the service plan, staffing, required training, introductions, and coordination with the individual and team. We communicate clearly throughout the process.

How are staff prepared?

Alisat uses trained, background-checked professionals and provides service-specific orientation and oversight based on each individual’s needs and plan.

Can families or guardians help choose staff?

We encourage collaboration, introductions, communication, and feedback so the staffing approach reflects the individual’s preferences and needs whenever possible.

What are your office hours?

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. After-hours on-call assistance is available for urgent client concerns.
